I want to know about that which is element resist of class characteristic of elementalist % or fixed?
if I take it till max level 5, which is my properties registance
9% or 9?

like the same, rod mastery of class characteristic of curio manser is %? or fixed?
if I take level max 3 , my ice property attack increase 9%? or 9?

Both are flat, so you will get 9 and not 9%
