Probably your computer being dumb and not wanting to do any kind of thinking process. Usually happens when I play a game too strong for my computer and then it crashes the window when loading up.
As far as I know, your game is probably updated to the latest patch since you had to go through the patcher. So maybe try verifying your game’s integrity cache, and also be sure your Internet Explorer is up to date. Also don’t forget you need an up to date Flash Player and maybe Java as well.
eeeh… will that really fix this? so frustrating 
Late response since I was sleeping, but Tree of Savior actually requires an up to date Internet Explorer and Adobe Flash Player as well. You can search for related topics about this for more information.
