It looks like you first of all activate the skill and then it spreads a bunch of arrows at once while youāre auto-attacking.

Sorry, iām willing to give class build advice but not skill build, so I canāt help you that far.
They say you can use the skill while walking. Aka, similar to how you can move and shoot with oblique/critical shot. I get the impression that itāll be 0 cooldown skills

At A2 QS3 along with Mergenā¦ I would like to say falconer 1 āmightā be good IF Mergen skills are affected by AoE attack. If not thenā¦ Itās not a good pick.
You can still do Wugu 2 but there may be better options. You can do Rogue 1 + R7 class butā¦ Feels like two random class choices. SR 2 is also an option, butā¦ SR3ā¦
most likely mergen will be spammer type or overheat 3 charge 0 cd spells with long cd (watch spread shot) animation
also seems āParthian Shaftā skill n āHoming Arrowā needs charging before shooting so running shot wont work with it
anyway fletcher c3 >mergen seems the safer path since fletchr c3 is self sufficient by default
Mergen no cooldown would be bad for fletcher due to fletcher having no cooldown skills which means they are forced to choose which skill to use as main skill which would also make a lot if the skills have a niche or useless. But, Mergen with cooldowns will be great for Fletcher. It can go either way atm
It would also mean for mobbing mergen can cover it all which is great for fletcher, but single target dps would simply be magic arrow -> homing shot -> magic arrow -> homing shot (if no cd) or other mergen skillsā¦ Well, not that it matters. Fletcher is about magic arrow anyways and anything else is just filler :3
Mergen seems perfect for a scout3 assuming itās cooldown based instead of spam based.
Also, considering all of their skills look suspiciously similar to Barrage, itād be really interestnig if they shared Barrageās interaction with Feint.

Most guides/topics seem to go Archer 2 instead of Archer > Ranger 2. -__- Thatās old meta isnāt it?
Why do people go for A2?
why would no cd be bad? crossfire is lacklustre even at 15 after 230+
most people take that for early farming and then later use reset pot for barbs broadheads etc
broadhead is 10 sec cd, bodkin is usually one point most for removing shield buffs
and barb most likely for cloths
i went for ar>r1>scout>flect3 will most like to go mergen
ar2 provides crit rate bonus
So itās not what I want.
Iāll go for Archer > Ranger 2 > Sapper 2 > Wugushi 3.
But it seems like I donāt need critical skills once Wugushi doesnāt crit with poison right?
Well, after seeing what you said. I would say Mergen is in a better spot for Fletcher now, but at the same time it would also be a bit hard to manage since there are too many skills with niche usage.
I can see fletcher mergensā taking magic arrow and broadhead and having left over sp because everything else just isnt as useful.
But, itās still a better class than most of the other ones simply because Fletcher 3 already has bad synergy with most classes.

+25% crit rate (aka: 25% crit stat relaxation) is pretty good actually. While Wugu poison cannot crit, everything else that you will have does, so itās pretty good for Sapper, Ranger, Mergen.

Yes dude. And I am a 280 Plague Doctor. It means thereās nothing to do with Archers skills and all stuff. LOL.
Iāll be searching some more about Archer skills and I think it may help me.
Itās because I think Mergen is a pretty much fun class and Iād like to try and do something different instead of buffing people the whole time.

would say reiter is the most fun
ranger circle one is enough
sapper 2 is good ,3 is mehhhhh (although sapper as a whole falls off a bit later)
wugu 2 is super good wugu 3 is omfg stronk with linker
i have an A1>QS3 at the moment and my initial through was to go for SR2 (SR3) but then i look and the Mergen Skills and now im not pretty sure about what i could choose. I have three builds in mind.
A1>QS3>A2>Wugu2>Mergen
A1>QS3>Fletcher3>Mergen
or the initial one
A1>QS3>A2>SR3
i like the Fletcher one more, but i have never made a fletcher before so im not sure about it
My build at the moment is 4-2-1 on Str, Dex and Con btw

fletcher is annoying sometimes
u have to craft carry arrows and in dungeon u cant craft
arrow have 1 weight each
also make sure u have low ping not low like qshooters but not too high else crafting will auto cancel
magic arrow maintainence is costly , if u dont have a slave character that feeds u
just go sr3
