Firstly let me introduce myself
I play MMORPG’s since 2011-2012
I’ve played so many of them but my favourites were WoW,Aura Kingdom and Tree Of Savior.
I’m LVL 77 right now,so it’s normal to me that I have no idea about the game (I’m serious)
Of course I do the quests (Both main,side,repeatable) or finishing the collections,grinding etc etc.
I have two questions though
Is this game becomes P2W when leveling up higher and higher ?
And why you should keep your EXP cards ?

They change it if you are under level there penalty up to 75% max ( i think was 40 level difference or more). If you are over 25 then it will be 0.

But saving cards was something we used to do when the exp penalty started to be a thing after 5 levels difference. Now that it’s 20 levels you can spam as many cards as you want. It won’t make a difference
