Its so easy to leave the starting areas I was thing why not make it where you MUST complete the starting area’s last boss. Also to keep them from just spamming the starting area disable chat only to allow communication with guild members or in parties. As it goes for making parties disable that as well until you turn in your first city quest.
lol, do you realize that the spammers are the same guys that are running hundreds of bots in order to collect money? doing quests and killing bosses is easy for them. Even if they needed like 50 tries to defeat a boss, they would easily do it.
Nah, I guess you would have to restrict normal chat to users above lvl 40 
Oh wait, IMC would actually do that if they believed it would help. -.-
