We all know that there were many ways of crashing the channel a few days ago before hook64 tool become public . At that time when the channel was crashed happened roll back of few seconds. And apparently the weapons +25 full potential were made that way. So that weapons flashing red ( or pink ) are above the +15 mentioned in the previous post created by hydrariun member.
