A green icon appears sometimes

Bug Description :
Sometimes in TBL (at first because it happen to me too in Bernice instance today) this “green icon” appears in middle of my screen, and don’t know why.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

Don’t know how to reproduce it, just happen since I’m sheriff and mostly in TBL

Try again without any addons.

Yep, this time is addon related. I think its an altarget bug.
