Another nickname storager character for me.
I’ve been buying character slots little by little. I reached 30 last month.
Does “everyone” get to have the free character slot? or
Only “everyone” that participated in the event before May 21th, 2017(as said from the facebook post) get to have one?
I am a new player hoping to get one too and i did not notice there was this kind of event, and I currently have 4 character slots in my account. 
Resurrecting this thread to say two things:

free slot was given for teams created before the event; if you created a team afterwards, you’d still receive the penguin from the DLC pack but without the slot

people in Klaipeda and Telsiai now have base 6 slots; those who play on Fedi and Silute were not impacted by server merge
In fact, just give everyone base 6 slots, that would be the fairest way to go.
