After clock in more than 345 hours in the game in TOS. I would like to post some suggestion to TOS for quality of life improvement and fight those pesky bot and gold seller.
Market Place improvement
Issue: Current market place have too much restriction to counter bot and gold seller. However, it has proven to be not effective to counter the gold seller aside from makes genuine player life difficult. Also, the restriction of number of item listed and high tax (30% for non-token seller) makes majority of players (especially those without Token) forego the marketplace and allow less item to flows in the market which indirectly result in more items for those gold seller to exploit and sells at high price.
Solutions:

Lock items that sold at higher price until items at lower value are sold. Why someone need to buy the items at higher price anyway if they can get it cheaper? Items with different enhancement rate and potential could easily estimated with simple calculation based on base item price and factor in risk + upgrade cost + potential value to determine an estimates on max or min market price of the items. If someone is selling way higher than the calculated estimates. Then, the transaction should be flagged for investigation.

Increase the number of items allows to be listed (around 20 or maybe more items) and reduce the market tax standard. IMC could even implement staged tax rate. Example: 3% tax for item less than 10k, 6% less than 100k, 10% for 1m below, and 15% for more than 1m. More items listed means harder time for gold seller to find less popular items and have to go through a lot other sellers layers to buyout the items before they could post their ridiculously high priced items. This will also makes easier for GM to flag it since someone is selling way higher than the market standard rate (more items being listed = more information).
Do not implement 1:1 trade
Issue: Honestly, this system will only used by those scammer, gold seller, or those who are trying to undersell or oversell the value of the items.
Solutions:
Implement in game mail system or makes the current mail accessible in game menu rather have to log out to lodge screen. Those who wish to send an items to their friends or guildmates could simply use the mail function and attach an item in it with a few restriction (To mutual friend list only that have been for more than 3 hours?). This is also easier to audit and implement too compare to covers all the potential exploit in 1:1 trade.
Team Storage QoL Improvement
As non-Token user soon to be allowed to use team shared storage, this is a good news. However, the perk of losing item potential when transferring item to your another character within the same team is really frustrating.
Solutions:
Suggest to remove the restriction of item losing potential and trade limitation of Token user or not (future) when transferring items to other character within the same team. Also, suggest IMC to implement team wallet system or simply a bank to transfer silver within the team. Shared wallet system is being used by GW2 and it received very positive feedback from community since it simply removes all the unneeded hassle of need to log and relog just to transfer silver to another character in a same account.
I have more suggestion that I can think off, but I will leave as this for now before this post become TL;DR. Hope GM will take note of this.
