A few questions?

Hey all! Loving TOS and just had a few quick questions.

1.What good are books? Save or dump?

2.Do I need to feed my pet all the time to regain health? Even at what seams like 0 health he still fights?

3.How can I mount my pet? It says i’m not the right class?

4.What’s the big deal with the templeshooter card?

5.Once you explore all the maps is there anything else to do besides collect missing collection items?

6.Bow or Crossbow for archer?

  1. Books? Those quest item books? They’re useless.
  2. Feeding pet regains stamina, makes it move faster and attack faster + uses a somewhat tackle skill randomly.
  3. Only certain classes can mount like Cataphract, Schwarzreiter, etc.
  4. It’s the current best summon for Sorcerers
  5. For achievement? There’s also hunting mobs.
  6. Depends, 2h bow has very high base attack but with big variance. Crossbow is 1 hand only so it’s naturally weaker but you can use a sub-weapon like Arde Dagger making it usually the better choice. Though there are also certain scenarios where 2h bow can outplay xbow + sub-wep. Don’t forget there’s also muskets.

any high level scenary, arde dagger is only good low lvl, duno why ppl spend so much on those

I have another question to add.

What do I do with all the materials I gather? Should I keep or sell? My inventory is starting to really fill up.

Do a quick check on the market for some of the items you have very few of. You might have picked up some incredibly rare materials which can sell for a lot of silver.

Another question.

I have seen people talk about questing in Orsha and Klaipeda. I have only ever been questing from Klaipdea. SHould I make my way to Orsha or does it matter? I’m still following the main quest. Is there a reason to go to Orsha now?

Well, if you find that the game is a bit too grindy for your liking, powering through the other quest chain can get you a lot of exp cards which can be useful to power through levels. It all depends on how much enjoyment you get from grinding.

You can go to the other town by going to the item NPC in your current main town. They sell a warp scroll to either Orsha or Klaipeda for 500 silver.

Oh wow that’s awesome thanks Chronosanct. I haven’t really had to grind yet and I’m level 69. But I’ll probably still head that way just to do some more quest.
