what are the restrictions for low level dungeons for, prevent loot exploit or prevent leveling exploit, or both?

is there actually any quest related to dungeons now?

as i’ve researched the loot from lvl > 100 dungeons and low lvl world bosses are the BIS for a few classes, (viper, arde, the sorcerer card, etc) is there any enhancement in high end game or just dont worth it?

if dungeon restrictions are made against loot exploit and prevent fast leveling trough them, why just not let people made premade dungeons without exp bonus and/or random talt rewards instead the 5/2 entry restriction (0-2 per guild party, it could be fragments of talt for low level dungeons), too casual?.

since the guilds are a exclusive pvp/ganking feature, is the only way to make a pve/carebear guild is just avoiding in-game guilds or guild officers/gms can refuse “duels” from other guilds?

what is the purpose to be tank in world bosses? does they get anything from them? does people even need them beyond earth temple?

Currently there is no such thing maybe in the future
Their are guild raids but i don’t know the details as i have not participated in them so i don’t know exactly what they involve. (not sure if this is in Itos yet)
Well eventually the neutral feature will be installed but till then, make a guild but don’t build a tower.
Top 5 or 6 Dps are awarded ( their whole group) so if a tank helps your dps members maximize their out put that is what he is for.
