This guy here needs your help.
My girlfriend just discovered that she signed up for the beta but her facebook-connected email address is blocked. (no access to it)
So her key for the beta test can not be retrieved.
Is there a way to still get the key?
Can anyone maybe hook her up with a key if they don’t plan to use it?
I want to help her so bad…

the key is still in the blocked email unless they also put it there this time
but OP should really just message the IMC staff directly

Why is it blocked? There’s absolutely no way to unblock it? If so, that’s super unfortunate…
I really don’t know of any other way except to email the staff or support.
Edit: Actually Poikkax might be right. I think once the red button comes up the beta would be on the website? Thats what I got from reading their announcement.
The email address is so old that it has become invalid. Thank you mate!
I wonder if its the FB account linked to the email or the email itself, i had once 2 of my emails (Gmail and a local one) hacked and they did all kind of ■■■■ on them but after i reseted the password and did some extra security stuff i got both under control, but no block or ban.

If thats the case, and its the first time i heard of it, contact the email provider and ask for reactivation, i never heard of an email invalidated due to being old, but you can lose the emails you got in your inbox on some places due to inactivity and when you reactivate the email is like a new account, but the same old email.
Hah! Problem solved! Post-changed the address to the facebook account and it worked!

EZ fix! Glad everything was resolved in a timely manner haha.
Hotmail accounts for example become deactivated after a period of time.
But the matter is solved now. All good
