99% Disconnection at Earth Tower 13F

Bug Description : all of my party members keep getting disconnection message when the mobs are about to respawn on Earth Tower 13F. We have tried sevearal times and also ask another parties too. Every party going to Earth Tower 13F said it’'s very random and 80-90% of the time monsters should respawn on ET13 all members will face disconnect problem same as my parties. Please help us look through the issue and fix it as soon as possble. My teams are very bored of this and they are ready to leave this game. we spent almost an hour to get to 13F and get nothing because of the bug. please noted that we have tried to stand still and cast no skill at all already so we are quite sure it’s not the bug from the skill. Thank you.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Just enter Earth tower 13F
  2. When monsters are about to spawn, all party members will be disconnected around 80-90% of the time.

try to upload the vid recording the time when u DC when entering 13 floor will help this sorry as s IMC to do something maybe.

Hi, I’m the PD in this party. I sure it 99% disconnect on the spawn animation of the center orb.

I didn’t use the Beak Mask skill (if IMC’d ask for it) because it’s not necessary to put it on this floor. Also our party do not have any archer class and R8 skills are not used in 13F either.

According to our trials for passing this bug,
we had try a lot of nonsense methods as following, (But it still bug)

  • Disable All Companions.
  • Using another character to fail the Earth Tower Dungeon once before go in with our main characters.
  • Not using any skill even buff after go to 13F, we’re just standing there wait for mobs to spawn.

my pt has broken alredy because this bug

cause some friend in pt has announce to sell id

we bored we tried

many time to send the support ticket but we got no action from imc to solve this problem

so IMC focus to make new tp shop item, costume etc.

old bug still be and more

may be I will say goodbye soon

ktos got fix in the latest patch so fingers crossed
