Drop 81$ on the game, sell tokens. Trys to buy instance clears on alt but not lvl 40. Switches to main drops 9 mill on clears. Now their untradable. Lost 45$ and quit the game. I spend a lot a money on this game cus that what I do in games I like. I support what I like. But if support cant help me theres no way i can stay here. I cant just give away 45$.

I don’t think you can even enter the first instance dungeon until level 50. Also, sucks you either forgot or were not aware that all items bought from market become untradeable. The most sense I can make about why that is, it’s so nobody can buy undercutting items and sell them later for a profit.
Most you can do now is write a long email to IMC and ask for a solution. But don’t bash them for their own system, lots of players make that mistake with any company, why the ■■■■would anybody help you if you’re writing emails/tickets talking ■■■■. A false sense of respect can go a long way.

Please be informed that when the item was purchased from the market, transferred through the team storage and reached the limit of how many times it can be traded, the item will now become untradeable.
Also, please check the function of your Token for the number of trade limits. Please be reminded that the 7-days and 15-days tokens do not have any trading function and there is a warning message before you trade your item showing the result if the item will become untradeable or it will remain tradeable.
Both players, engage in trading should have an activated Token with trading function so that the item being traded will stay in being tradeable otherwise it will become untradeable.

You buy Instance clear voucher from the market = Untradable.
You get Instance clear vouchers from a monster = Tradable.
Same goes with any of the items with the exception of armors/weapons/accessories.
Your “support” is why ToS is dying.

Worst support. IMC can do better than this. New comers will only learn from their mistakes, too unforgiving. There is no confirmation similar to that of personal trade if the items will become untradable when you buying it off at the auction.
Stop being heartless on your rules and at least hear the plight and condition caused by your inconvenient system in the first place.
Trading restrictions in this game is the main reason all my friends quit this game.
It helps not to battle RMT, it only hurts players.
I am myself at the point of rage uninstall, and the trade restrictions are still number 1 on the list why

Can’t blame him. They were unlimited trade before the major patch. I know a few people who got screwed the next day.

It’s total nonsense as to why players can’t trade everything within their own team.
Our toons all live in the same house, but all have separate fridges to eat from sorta mentality.
Maybe one day IMC will fix the team trading…

Buy the recipes for 2* Clear Voucher and they will be tradable once again.
Check things before you do, this is a common mistake.

Bro, dont buy in bulk all the clears check each and every clear, they are tradeable even buy in market as long the seller is a token user, if the seller is not a token user then it becomes untradable. everytime i buy clears i first check those who have alot of clears to sell like 50 above, buy one if not tradable use it to make clear vouncher level 2, then search another seller… its like hit and miss, dont worry of the untradable vouncher which is lvl 1 you can make th into lvl 2 just buy the recipe in the item merchant and craft it, the level 2 crafted is tradable you know…
