If this is judging it design-wise it’s pretty well done and better than most.
Forum or forum participants?
When the forums are filled with people who rather question the player with issues than issues which stay unfixed for months and almost a year, it makes you think.
Why am I keep guessing the right majority lol

If I could vote -1, I would. (This is a vote on forum users and its lack of proper moderation, the overall Forum layout and etc is probably a 6)
i’d say 3.
PROS:
-Really nice forum software
-Notifications in the windows task bar when someone answers your posts is cool
CONS:
-tons of trolls, spammers, image spammers and attentionwhores
-no/almost no moderation
-no/almost no communication between users and developers on the forums. Where are the community managers?
-no GM reactions on people reporting bots/hackers/cheaters/RMTers. What’s the point of the “report” subforum when reported persons are not dealt with?
-Forum sometimes, for some reason, goes into “read-only-mode”. Annoying.
-Quite often i get server errors when trying to post something
-Haven’t found a way to create normal forum accounts, i have to use my gmail or facebook account. I don’t like that.
literally remove image uploading outside of bug reports, bot reports and the kTOS general, and the forum becomes an instant 10/10
