60day token benefits only 30days

Bug Description :
i bought my DLCs last April 18, 2016. got my stuff in my character, proceeded to use my 60day token. now i noticed that i don’t see the token buffs underneath my portrait, and i had to use my 2nd 60day token already. just after 1 month. i don’t know if i’am mistaken or not, but the token icon should not be easily removed, it should be kinda permanent or so.

only two DLCs contained 60-day token - the $50 one and its discounted cousin later. So unless you bought both of those DLCs then you couldn’t have had 2 60-day tokens.

The $30 DLC and its discounted look-alike contained 30-day token.

i did buy it for my 2nd account…

but that is besides the point… the 60day token buff only lasted 30days is my question. was it an error, or did it simply 30day ended…
