Im not against spending my money on the game. I have bought lots of costumes and consumables from the tp store, however i will not gamble for costumes.
100% okay with paying for things i want.

Get them through silver. It is disgusting yea? But for me it is only meant for cash cow players. Those people who are buying tokens/enchant scroll to sell in the auction.
This game is Free to play, a business model. I seriously dont care if this game goes full blown pay-to-win in the future. These cash cows are the ones keeping the game alive.
The only valid arguments i can accept against it is to remove those stupid 15% chance apples in there, not healthy at all.
How should I count 2 my sorcerers farming simulataneously? ( ͥ° ÍĘ ÍĄÂ°)
players playing on forums and making alts to afk farm and not play the game, TOS is special

its fine, you wonât need gatcha items for your saalus or mindless 290 rushes anyway which is the most that you do in this game with or without gacha stuff

its not actually a big problem if youâll look at it. but it shows you what IMC is focusing on and that is milking the players wallets. instead of fixing the big issues, they decided to make fancy animation for opening gachas. once it hits our server, itâll probably cause crashes anyway because IMC.

Thereâs some real irony here in them not being able to figure out how to monetize the game at launch, then when they do all hell breaks loose.
They should do it the Pathofexile way, western peeps like that model very much. Instead they just decide to adopt all the trashy f2p mmo cash shop model.

Why do you guys still discussing about IMC plans? We got IMCed even before the server was released haha with all those starter packs and bla bla bla after all those hacks/exploits/bugs you guys should not be surprised to anything coming from IMC. If you really like ToS you need to let it go

The person who pointed out the gacha system % chance. Let me point out that every korean game that I know of that has the gacha system.
1-Change the loot compared to the Korean and give crapper items
2-They reduce the % chance to obtain said item
Additional point I want to make. DO NOT TOLERATE A GACHA SYSTEM. ESPECIALLY IF YOU NEVER SIGNED UP FOR IT FROM THE GET GO.
This is a greedy move to milk more money from their half dead half beaten cash cows. Anyone who is too blind to see the game is going to die because IMC has done nothing to bring the game back from the dead. Every step is another nail in the coffin to lay the game to rest. Mark my words. What your seeing is their last ditch effort to milk as much money from players before the ship sinks.

What I am seeing now is what I saw with another game happening all over again.
An if your smart enough. Take a look at any game or developer who had a game close in recent years. An you will see a string of unresolved issues and how things went down hill. Then last ditch effort to milk before they close the title.
~Chants voodoo hoping that IMC fails quickly and sells to someone who cares about the title.

Much too lazy to read the whole thread, but 294 votes giving a 1.85 satisfaction rating. I think if this is implemented, youâll know whether or not ToS cares about playerâs satisfaction in a pretty definitive way.
Costumes are already over priced in my opinion. Yet I liked them, so I bought them. No way will I waste money on getting random ones.

They would never hear you guys screaming about how is the gacha system, just as the old day since beta.
IMC should learn more from Digital Extremes thatâs what i want to say but they would never read this post, so yea.
Also, one of my favorite quote from other game that has gacha system ( the game is now dead, only have 10-30 players online)
