60 day token missing?

I bought the discounted pack (30 day token). I used it. Then some time during, I bought the other one (60 day token). Now my 30 days are up, and I do not have the 60 day token in my inventory. I know I opened the pack because I already used the stat reset potion.

I can’t recall the process of actually activating the 30 day token. But I believe it should be under premium tab in your inventory, and you have to right click it?

Where did it go?

There are no token benefits. It expired today.

I have used the stat reset potion on the char that I checked. And it’s not in his inventory. But thanks, I can confirm that I’m not overlooking something.

i dont recive my dlc 1 pack from 29/03/16 .
