I bought the TP bundle, but I can not find 500TP Bundle for SA(South America) Servers in the inventory…
Wait 30 mins, Steam doesn’t like ToS so there is a delay. If you still didn’t receive after 1 hour, send a ticket to IMC.
remember that TP bundles go to the TP window first. (and from there directly to your TP total.)
check the TP button next to your minimap (or use the /tp command, if you have the mod that hides the TP button).
double check that you bought the SA tp bundle and not the SEA (or any other.)
and remember that the SA tp bundle is only valid for the Silute server. if you are playing on a different server, you need to purchase the regional bundle for that server.
if you still can’t find it, and all the above checks out, then file a ticket.
