Bug Description : Bought 500 TP and didn’t get it (unacceptable)
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Buy TP
  2. Click TP Button
  3. Don’t get TP
  4. Snap out at this game. Give me my TP. I also cant leave a support ticket due to “Authenticate your steam account.” Fix it plz.

Bump regardless of annoyance. If there is no answer to this in another 4 hours, I am going to force a refund and youre going to lose a player who pays a lot for your content. I’m about sick of this bull ■■■■ with you guys. Communicate or I’m done

Are you sure you bought them ? the most frequent error is people making the transaction for the steam wallet and stopping there thinking they bought the TP.

You can ONLY buy with steam cash, which most people don’t use nowadays because we’re use to one time pay with paypal.

It’s a 2 time transaction. First you buy the steam money, then with it you go return to the tos shop and buy the TP with your steam money Then you’ll receive your TP.

also it’s freaking night time in korea so calm your ■■■■.

seems bugged (again). same happened here. bought them and did not get tp ingame…

I buy TP all the time. And no, when you pay for something, whether its a service or a product, you want to get it, and if it happens over and over again you get pissed. I am allowed to be angry or frustrated. Heres an idea, if you are a Korean, and you are running a service in Canada or the USA, get some ■■■■■■■ staff in the USA or Canada, to deal with customer service. It isn’t my problem at all that its night time in Korea right now. Its day time where I am, and I paid for a product. Where is the product? Can I at least get an answer from someone who knows what theyre doing? No! So why should I calm my ■■■■? lol These little glitches here and there, buying xp tomes and reset vouchers, and losing dungeon runs to lag, and client crashes, and non refundable items being bought but nowhere to be found. Sorry. Not happy. I have a friend who has been sending in tickets for weeks trying to get 100 TP to show up on his account that he bought and hes getting ignored. So if I don’t hear something in the next couple hours I’m uninstalling. This game great but its ■■■■■■ up the moment you start screwing people over for cash.

Bought 600 TP on November 4th. Still haven’t had it applied/credited to my account.

I’ve contacted steam, all of the transactions went through and processed properly. They were all purchased as the North American TP bundle so it’s not like it’s the wrong region either. It is an issue with Tree/IMC.

I’ve sent 4 tickets already and none of them have been helpful at all. Just saying be patient while they send it to the “proper” department.

It’s almost been an entire week . At this point it is more than in “inconvenience”, as the tickets keep saying, it’s an impediment and an interruption of my, and everyone else who is suffering from this issues user experience/game service.
