50% discount for transcendence bugged

Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
Transcendence my weapon with 100% success but lost 1 potential.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. I have a primus bow with transcendence 1st stage and 5 potential.
2. I enhanced it from 1st stage of transcendence to 2nd stage.
3. In the transcendence window, it displayed the cost reducded 50% off ( from 4 to 2 blessed gems ).
4. When I confirmed the process, it showed the transcendence was successful. However, my weapon still is at 1st stage of transcendence and lost 1 potential.

The game is already showed up Transcendence discount 50% and even you wan to put more blessed its max already you cant make any thing over 100% success rate. So why 100% success rate you can get a fail?
I dont know if that make any sense.

I have the same bugged. And my primus is gone (due to 0 potential) even though I have use max gem for my transcendence.

It might be a time zone issue. The thing is it shows 100% transcend with 50% discount. We couldn’t even use more than the required even if we want to and it fails at 100%

i have the same problem…
The 50% off was working fine at Stage 2 and Stage 4.
But at Stage 6 it failed with 100% holy ■■■■…

So Annoying

i wrote a ticket maybe they can help me…
i tried another time because i got annoyed (now i’m more annoyed at how stupid i am)

The game shows me the 50% OFF button and 100% Success Chance, at first glance there should be nothing more for me to think about as a player?!

I hope they are accommodating enough to help me out.

Ofc thinking deeper about it, the chat shows 10 pm but i’m also playing on EU Server.
They should help customers out in such weird cases, if everything in the UI shows you it’s fine, why think something could be wrong?
