Hereâs some things that might help:
Sacrifice a virgin to the RNGesus every night.
Storm IMC office and hold a IMC Staff at gunpoint.
Become a l337 hacker and hack the owner of a boater.
Offer to become a sex slave to one of the staff for the rest of your life.
Buy a boater in real life and wear it when youâre playing ToS.
Surgically modify your eyeballs to see things in black and white so a regular boater will look like a black ribbon boater.
Listen to Vampyre of Time and Memory on repeat while farming, with a picture of âFeelsBadManâ as your desktop background.

Eh donât take it personally. The most logical conclusion is that the support team would have had to walk up to one of the programmers and say, âHey, this item exist?â Make the programmer go look to verify it all just to come back and reply to some random guyâs support ticket and say yes or no. They obviously werenât going to do that lol.
However, if enough people were able to confirm it doesnât drop, it can warrant some bug reports and that might change it, if it really is a bug.
Seriously? He tried to confirm it doesnât drop, there is LITERALLY ZERO ways for a player to âconfirm something doesnât drop.â
He did his part, 50k kills is beyond obscene. It should have been a simple âThat does seem kinda high for zero drops, weâll forward this along to be sure itâs working or not, thanks!â

I had no idea. While i was farming for collection items (infrorocktor bones), it randomly appeared. I didnât record what channel i was. My boater hat was attained quite long ago!

By long ago, you mean by how long? Weâve been expecting something got broken on past patch (Or at least myself) that broke the drop rate or made the hat non-existant by now. Since a lot of the hat owner claims they got it around 2 months ago, or around Early Access duration.
