Rarity and Exclusivity
I am currently farming it ( 3k kills, on a fencer so I pretty much just taunt where I know a good amount of mobs are, then wait for taunt CD, I get about ~ 5k an hour if my math is right ).
I think it looks good on fencer, which is why I want it. My rule is going to be 20k a day max ( assuming 5k an hour ).
Self-achievement if I can say. And I’m a hat freak in any games _(:3/ L)/
I have to agree, it does look like a good hat. A vacation to Venice with the gondoliers as eye candy sounds good.

A shiny mob gives you a good shot at rare items. I have my jackpot skill at level 50 (max level)
Speaking of which, you own the hat?
I lost count on how many shiny white/gold i killed. But no luck yet. I’m reaching my patience limit as well.
I don’t own it anymore as it’s hard keeping the ladies happy. Although I will try to get more this month since it can fetch for a pretty penny.
If I were to have the hat. I won’t even sell if it aint 200m min lol

As an Oracle, I cannot disclose that amount. What I can share is that you should have faith that you will be able to get it.
I am Oracle myself too. Not yet maxed my Change attribute but still doable chance.
My advice, get a thaumaturge and enlarge the mob until it explodes with white boaters
My advise , ignore Jargs unless he posts screenshot proof. I find it hard to believe you magically don’t have it anymore. Seems like theory crafting BS to me.
What about the Corsair skill Jolly Roger? I know it adds a nice looting chance, I have gotten many items farming with it, but since everything is one shotted… Still worth it?
I have worked on this occassionally on my QS but I’m not nearly as motivated as some people. xD I mostly just want to sell it anyway. Reminds me of a southern church ladies hat.
