you know that wheel skill that inquisitors have? so if theres 5 of them and all of them had monks taken to C3, can they nicely line up the 5 wheels and all 5 of them kamehameha all 5 wheels at the same time?
That’s not how it works. Any hit on the wheel will increase the hit number of wheel… You actually wasted your burst if you EB it. No difference either you double punch or energy blast to increase wheel’s efficiency…
