5 accounts ban without reason

I have multiples accounts like everybody else, my main account and 3 more accounts, I normally, in the mornings login each account and do the dungeons lvl 300 and saulus (each account 2 character)! thats the way I find to do more silver, even that I still poor.
I`m from United States, but I play in the NA SERVER, all my friends play here, that why I choose to play there.
Yesterday, after weekly update, all my accounts were ban, even one new account. I open ticket in all accounts to see whats happen, so I receive the same message (copy and paste)
your account is perm ban!
I ask the IMC to do a further investigation, I never use illegal software or so, have this accounts since 2016, never had problem, util now!

My thesis is IMC give ban to my IP, why because I created a new account today 25 july 2018 and cannot connect at all. so whats is going on?

can please IMC do something about?

Use all your effort to ban people that really break the rules, go see NARVAS hacker all around, and nobody do nothing!

When we ban accounts, I took into account that this account could enter to entire regions, so I kind of Ban them all. @silveredy1 I think I caught one of accounts of yours in Silute.

This character purchased in market of Gilt Helmet with Poison resistant option the price of 30 million.
The date is as follows 2018-07-23 11:52:39 135 EDT
The warnings have immediately sent, and the account has been blocked. Due to suspicious transfer of silver to other account with Market function.

Do you know anything about this transaction or this account?
It has same account number with yours on Silute.
Are you sure you play on North America?

If so, I think your security has compromised and suggest you to exchange your PIN and data immediately.
And use steam guard as well.

This sounds like a typo. If you were in the United States, it makes sense that you would play in the NA server. Did you mean South America? That’s the server you have selected in the screenshot as well. :thinking:
