I have a question regarding a skill Mr Ethan who I love -

The ‘Heal’ skill has an innate ‘attribute damage’ of 40%. The thing is, I currently have it maxed through attribute leveling, so it should be 140%, but it is still at 40%. Is the skill info meant like to be like this, and the damage is in fact 140% (even though it says 40% on the main window), or is this a possible glitch, and the lvl 100 damage attribute isn’t applying?

I’ve checked and it should be being applied. I will however check with a dev the next time I meet one just in case.
