I guess I must have just been lucky getting sailor costume with my 2nd gacha box. I got greedy and opened a 3rd, nothing… I still regret that 3rd gacha box.
There are costumes not yet available such as sailor, royal guard and the current ceremonial costumes.
Currently IMC is in a milking phase where they will keep on doing this for we dont know how long, it depends on when the whales will stop throwing money on the screen, which they probably wont.

They can complain on the forums, say IMC suck, IMC is doing a bad job, kTOS is better, but the next second a new TP item is out, the credit cart is too.
Getting haircuts, costumes, lenses, dyes on every one of their 10 characters is an important part of their game experience…
These guys got money, they see something they like, they buy. They don’t give a ■■■■ about how it will change the state of the game.

I dont really care about the haircuts or dyes or whatever, but the gacha itself is nothing but milking.
Along with this Gacha system even the costumes that were intoduced at 59 TP (NPC costumes) went just as expensive as the other costumes.

Hi Yuri.
I think that instead of replying to a silly image from a player, you should try to talk about what the topic is about. We can’t use medals to get a costume from another class, and we can’t trade medals between our characters, so that will obviously piss some people off. Can this issue be looked at?

That’s nice to know! I highly recommend to answer to players’ doubts and questions as often as posible. Not talking with the playerbase is a bad thing to do and it just generates more anger towards IMC

@STAFF_Yuri, being honest, staffs making presence, replying some topics with maturity or getting in or making jokes is a really nice thing. I hope you can make up for the gap that most feel between IMC and players. It can be too much to answer everyone for one single person but it does feel good to see the replies exist.
I honestly hope that more staffs comes and connects, impress and motivate people to not get tired of a game because how the devs/staffs answered (or not answered) to things or because all the community seems to have a common voice and it gets ignored over and over.
-> Well, there’s a big list. But one example: Most people don’t like the Gacha system, yet they buy because they want to have the costumes. IMC profits and we end up using the paid service even if not liking it and wanting other alternatives to be implemented.
-> Does staffs/devs understands the difference between “I end up using it because it’s the only way even tho it is bad.” and “I prefer to buy the costumes I like directly”? If yes, (assuming the people managing it aren’t dumb) what is the intention of IMC/devs/etc on implementing this?
-> This is where we get posts and topics like these. But where are the answers and talk with the community? Where does the opinion of people goes to? It feels everything is ignored and the impression left is: “IMC is milking money out of gacha.” And you’re probably aware of how people feels when seeing things like this.

Should we expect differences on how our opinion and reports goes to IMC with your presence on forums from now on? As well should we expect better answers to tickets instead of default automated-like answers even when asking/sending things that requires human check and reply?

Sorry for a bit late response, but I have to read thoroughly to answer your questions. And with some discussions and I believe I could tell you this.
We are aware of - going through long lines of threads - that there are many problems have to be dealt with. What I could tell you is that we are still tracking what needs to be done, and the thing which already sent to proper team to solve certain problems. It may take sometimes to be Done, but we are still tracking it. And I believe I maybe sometimes I’ll fail you. Or maybe answer you late. But Please remember this, I’ll be always watching and will seek what I could do best for you.
