i was gonna make the rod, but i’m seeing more people using the staff. so now i’m not sure what to get. i’m pyro3>linker2>warlock>sage.
so which is better? staff vs rod + didel shield or maybe rod + lionhead shield if i get another practonium. also don’t suggest orange weapon i’m not that hardcore to farm it. i mainly want to do rank8 quests and do good at et.
staff is way to go (atleast for pyro)
pyro need C attack and staff provide it
if u use rod, u need dagger anyway
and staff will outscale dagger elemental attack
If you don’t wish to spend all your next income into the weapon, like Upgrade and Transcend the best option is Vienarazi Mace, it gives via INT and secondary statuses 800-950 MATK. But refining and upgrading won’t pull it any further magic wise. You can then add shield or dagger.
Staff wise, i have a +7 Vienarazi with Stage 3 and it’s 1040 base MATK, which is comparable to Vienarazi Mace + Karacha Dagger.
