3 weeks of sending ticket and messages and still stuck in the loading screen

Bug Description :
After i select my character yuckannip i can’t pass the loading screen tried all the fix solutions and still nothing tried a lot of messages and tickets with the support team and still nothing

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. select my character
2. loading screen
3. stucked forever

one of the gm’s team moved my character to orsha and still the same thing

now 2 characters stucked my pyromancer and my necromancer i give up close the thread delete etc

edit* for future references for people who is having this problem too and imc don’t help or explain anything, unistall and install the game, it fix the problem.

Same situation for 2 mths. Submit a ticket and get the same response verify cache. I hear the only solution is quit the game.
