Then in my opinion if they stated that they were giving free team name changes I can not support refund of 150 TP, I blame whoever payed the 150TP I am pretty sure they even put a message in game about it too. So in my opinion said people that went ahead and payed the 150 TP should not get a refund.

I can honestly say that I got a full refund for the name change. 
So I’m happy 
people paid for the name change before they announced the free team name change.

They offered refunds as well to those who already paid the 150 TP. Here is screencap of it being stated by a GM on their facebook page:
Now that doesn’t mean they are offering refunds AND a free name change to the people who already paid 150 TP for a name change. Just that they are refunding the TP spent, because those who spent the TP already got their name changed (because they did it themselves). It’s the same exact end result. 1 name change without any TP being spent.

Lol that post though. I like the part where “these guys are scumbags.” then the post right after is telling said person to basically F’off. lol made me laugh a bit.
I made 3 support tickets 2 of which a IMC employee gave me specific instructions on. And just for the dipwads who spew â– â– â– â– from there mouth my First team name was missing 2 letters because of the â– â– â– â– lag servers being bogged down so when i actually logged in and realized what had happend i had to use 150 tp to reset my name. Then later that day they announced they where doing free name changes. On top of that i used some of my founders pack items by mistake due to AGAIN laggy servers and laggy UIs. Not to mention this LORDCOMMANDERFAIL ruining mine and most everyone elses experience.
i know filling a support ticket can be very difficult so i would be more than happy to assist you with that!

i quit playing 5 unanswered tickets and nearly 2 weeks later. Shitty service at its core i did a charge back on my credit card and my bank was okay with it.
