3 Main issues of TOS in YOUR OPINION

Well, for me I feel like the PvP ie. TBL and GvG are the real endgame. But TBL is very unbalanced due to transcendence right now and GvG also has its own set of problems.

So I just log in and do 1x saalus and 2x 290 rush lol. I do TBL still, it’s still fun even despite all the issues.

I feel like there should be other ways to obtain practonium besides alts.

End Game?
End Game = Solmiki, Library and PvP now.

Solmiki and Library = they are well …
PvP = Lot of bugs, unbalanced classes and crashes.

Look at this: Talking a little more about Cryomancers - on PVP -

Ez.

  1. IMC

  2. IMC

  3. IMC

  1. Transcendence
you RMT then git lv10 trans items, so much gap between whales and non whale players

  2. PvP Balance
Map Size, Cast Animation, CC, Invulnerable buffs
[melee cast animation vs walking] vs others
range and magic animation should be added
    cc should be nerfed
    invul should be nerfed
    7 fold wow
skills should have color codes too i dunno if these tiles are enemy or what ■■■■

  3. Performance

  • A shift away from dailies. Even weeklies would be an improvement, since repeating things every day turns them into chores and makes people play according to the timer instead of according to when they’re ready. However, different modes of progression that don’t rely on instances or repeatable quests are best. I’m curious about hunting grounds; when will they be added?
  • Make world bosses worthwhile and fun. Make the loot system more cooperative so players won’t clash with each other. Make the bosses weaken after being in combat a long time so you can kill them with a small group instead of realizing it would take many hours and you can’t stay that long. Make it easier to spawn them.
  • A revival of open-ended PVP that isn’t restricted by short hours, needing to be in a big guild, and small arenas. Pre-neutrality world PVP was fun and varied, but needs refinements such as being able to form parties and do dungeons with enemy guild members, safe zones around dungeon queues and spawn points, and letting guilds ally.
  • Maybe PVP like the original lv60 WoW Alterac Valley where you enter a large zone, new entrants are auto-added to one of two teams, and there’s various capturable objectives around the map with a reward like points for the TBL shop.
  • High end PVE where a wide variety of builds can contribute and guildless players can join, combining the seriousness of ET with the composition flexibility of the guinea pig tower and a wide variety of objectives (everyone who clears ET complains about how the floors are too similar to each other). Rewards should pay off quickly, like how saalus gives you something useful every time.
  • Let GMs randomly spawn special monsters for players to fight, representing the demon army launching invasions against human lands.

And yes, except for the part about dailies, that does sound like a list of things that will make the game run at 2 fps and crash a lot.

Bosses and monsters are dull! how about a GM manned world boss?

Will the GM uses those rank 64 clerics?

It would have to be rexipher, let them choose a skillset but that aura would hae to be mandatory. but with a cooldown somewhat longer than its duration.

  1. net code. granted, everything feels faster now from the last time i logged in (2 months ago), but i still get stuttering even from low-population maps. my PC ain’t no slouch either.

  2. not being able to share equipment with your alts via team storage if you don’t have a token active. at least don’t make the experience as shitty for the non-token users. not to mention, the assbackwards prices tokens go for nowadays in the market doesn’t help things out either.

  3. look, the new costumes, hair dyes, eye color and stuff are nice, but seriously. do something about the game itself in general. i mean, make the game more enjoyable. listen to community feedback. because honestly, as it is right now, it’s 30% enjoyable, 70% grief.

Getting a weapon appropriate for my level but Fencers don’t have one. Should I reach Solmiki 40F for weeks with a Venier (lvl 170)? Can I even? Should I waste the runs of my teammates to run Lolopanther Area to get Lolopanther Rapier while forsaking our Solmiki runs right now? It’s bad enough we gotta deal with the low durability of Rapiers…

In general, I wish there were more content in the game. I really think that a field based raid that’s generated randomly in field maps would be nice. You can use the Boss Tracker marker addon feature to set the markers in the map. The players would have the option to turn ON/OFF such feature if they want to participate or not. The raid would be presented to the party leader once he steps on the zone if he decides to participate or not with members teleporting to him like a party quest instance.

You can also do like 2-3 hr event intervals in the game that’s open 24/7. You can do something like the survival event where players who participate got 1/1 HP but the ones that chase them are slow walking zombies instead of bosses that do AoE. Last 3 who survives win.

We need another currency similar to how PVP points work in which the number of drops proportional on the difficulty of the instance. Then such currency can be used to buy certain recipes like purple/orange grade and materials like practonium. The amount of currency needed is at IMC’s decision.

All these ideas are super exciting!

Maybe there could be more side activities people could do. The current list of availible activities is small. Here is the list

  1. Leveling up
    -Quests
    -Dungeons
    -Missions
    -Hunting grounds
    -Killing monsters
  2. Completing collections
    -Item grinding
    -Treasure hunting
  3. Filling out adventurers journal
    -Crafting
  4. Guilds
    -Dilgele farming
    -Guild missions
  5. PvP
    -Guild wars
    -TBL
    -Duels

There could be more fun side things to do. Maybe something like housing? More treasure chests for people to find? More little things to do would be nice.

Thanks for hearing!

As of now, the only end game is chores of grinding, and other contents rely on grinding (repeat same thing everyday) as well (earth tower, TBL). And the grind ceiling is too high, Attribute, Upgrade, Transcendent, Gem which is too far for casual players and scared them away. This is fake end game content which intent to cheat players time without quality in it.

To be honest, boring end game have short life span like what it is now.
Boring end game also mean things are predictable, ToS should start to think for some End Game Contents with random elements.

  1. Boss with random abilities? Like Diablo 3 although it was boring, but it still fun to encounter elites with different combination of abilities. Items drop also boring, but at least the attribute also random make it more excited to grind.

  2. Multiparty competition event, like a Map divided in 4 regions, and each Party start at different location and compete who able to reach goal fastest. There are different random blockagedtraps and monsters

  3. Playground/Boss also drop new type of Gem Stone, which will provide different bonus attribute like fire/ice/dark/holy damage +5% and etc.

My guild is playing Terraria and soon Nier. ET is too boring/a chore and events exclude us by design. There is actually nothing enjoyable in TOS except the forum.

1-It is boring to leveling, very repetitive quests, no challenging, takes long time to kill a monster, low drop rate, monster that run everytime you are almost killing it.

2-Useless skills at low ranks, that don’t help in the endgame. Gung ho and concentrate are examples.

3-The pets are so ugly. And the only ones that are not ugly, are not so cool, they are just simple animals with nothing special. I would like to see pets like, dragons, dinosaurs, wolves, tigers, and also cute pets too, like a panda, sheep, etc.

PS: I can’t forget of the bad optimization, that is the biggest problem of all.

Okay, but the thing is, the reason the cash shop is so ■■■■■■ is because the game is so dead. The cash shop is doing the typical exploitative thing games do when they don’t have a lot of people spending money - milk as much as possible from the few whales who do drop lots of cash on the game. If the game were improved and had a healthier playerbase and better design goals they could implement a more practical cash shop instead of a predatory one that only exists to keep the game ‘alive’. It’s a symptom, not the core issue.
