Is this build okay for a solo alch?
would the cast time be troublesome on ELE without the C3 wiz?
lastly what attribs should I get?

Ele spells have really long casting times. Pyro only boosts fire spells which could be nice, but you have stone curse being your only crowd control which has a retarded cooldown on it
