2nd Beta Test key inquiry

Is it possible to still acquire a key for the 2nd beta test? Our country (Philippines) was ravaged by a storm last week rendering my hometown and nearby areas with no electricity. I missed the opportunity to register for the 2nd beta test. I registered for the 1st beta test but I was unlucky to get a key then so I was excited when I heard that the 2nd beta test will be open to all.

sad, I guess I’ll just have to wait for open beta. I’ll just watch some gameplay videos to stay updated.
