soo…i did’nt like my hoplite much and wanted to try out a 2 handed sword build and i’m confused on what will be best for pve, i were gonna go with sword,high1,barb3,doppel2 but then i heard barb were not that good late game…so should i go sword,high3,Something,Doppel2?
i’m only intrested in pve builds, thx in advance 
My build fills that hole with corsair, Jolly Roger is very nice for PvE mob grinds, but other than that there’s not much point…
Highlander C3 stays relevant because of the debuffs it can add, but I think those are more relevant to PvP.
The main problem from trying to use solely 2h swords is exactly that gap, you could alternatively go Swordsman 2 for Restraint + additional levels on gung-ho, concentrate and pain barrier.
That’s just my opinion, though.

I’ve started with sword, peltasta, going barb 3, then doppel 2. I enjoy barb a lot even though I’m only circle 1, but having the build I have will let me soak some damage too and serve an off tank function of sorts as well.

you goin dop2, you probably get deeds of valor
swashbuckling+deeds of valor=profit
Just note, swashbuckling requires a shield, so you’d have to use weapon swap to use it.

buts realy need the new KTOS buffs of barbarian and STR power.
Well im lvl 221 now, but i only go in dungeon in searching randon parting, (dun have 200+ lvl friends in game)
i dun know later if its gonna problem… i already see ppl call peltasta only for party… but i think its will change in later gamer (when open new lvls and balance classes).
