Increases your block penetration by 10% per attribute level when equipped with a [Two-handed Spear].
i was wodnering if the % block penetration was innately 40% block pen at max rank, or if it increased your total block pen by 40%
Because if it was the latter I’m wondering if there’s some merit to putting some points into SP for the extra block pen from this skill.
this is for a dragoon build i’m working on and I’m looking for any tips on what stats i should allocate for it. I see a lot of Pure Str builds and pure dex, and 50/50 suggestions. I’m just trying to figure out what would be best.
