Im starting to think the same breaking my butt farming alot of hours and these bots are all day around makes no sense im losing my entusiasm feel so dumb

Is “any” one interested in banning bots? because looks like not. If IMC contracts me i can wipe all the bots in a week.

GMs, we players make the effort to:

  1. Use the in-game feature to report bots
  2. Take screenshot and post it in the forum
  3. Keep track of the list of bots on a daily basis

These responsibilities should not fall on us, the players. Moreover, some of us pay to support the game. It is not sufficient to say you will forward to the relevant people to look into these bots. Why doesn’t any GM here take ownership and do the banning yourself? Is it not within your job scope? Is that because IMC does not have a process to evaluate whether someone is a bot or not? If IMC has a process, why was it not carried out properly? Is the process not working? We are doubting the policies and procedures of how the game is managed right now. Either you provide us with an understanding or your company will run out of business soon. Because this game is overhyped and had a good amount of players try it. Next time a game comes under IMC, people will remember about the capability of IMC and impression stays for a long time. It will be hard to get back the trust and support once you have lost them.

Thats why number of players getting lesser and lesser everyday.Players are getting frustrated. Hope they dont come to a point where they will need to close the game.
Because IMC really behave like, they want to close the game.

Although this thread is annoying asf, it’s pretty emblematic.

It resumes very well how IMC always treats their costumers and how they deal with every situation: ignore, copy and paste answers, pretend to solve the problem, copy and paste again. RINSE AND REPEAT.
