it is 8am in the morning in EU and just barely past midnight on the west coast. you are aware that steam operates on NA times? so in theory it is nearly 24h time until the 21st is over.

Guys you should all be aware that Steam typically does price and product changes daily at 7 AM EST / 10 AM PST
So we have just a little under 10 hours left before the sale kicks in and you are able to buy the DLC packs at 50% off

Um, hello. How true is this? I was thinking of grabbing funds on my way home later until I saw the discounts aren’t yet in effect. I will be reconsidering it if this is true. Thanks!

there are always exceptions to the rule. this being one of them.
That said 10 AM PST is the normal time when steam changes their daily deals and introduces new games.
