First of all, sorry about the confusion. Rest assured that the data shows that the items are still in your respective inventories.
We are aware of this issue and are currently discussing how to best resolve this situation. An announcement will be made once we decide how to proceed.
On a side note, I strongly recommend that you use the TP and fill your TP balance instead of keeping it in your inventory as an item. It will be much safer while being kept that way.
