I think the Shabby Transcendence scroll is not work properly. Im trying to use to transcend in my Glacia Pistol. I use im another itens such a Berthas, Primus and Savinose weapons and armors and nothing change.
Anyone have the same problem?

Honestly this is an incredibly dumb design.
They should have just turn weap untradable like past events for those scroll instead of force 0 potential.
