it does exist for me, restart steam and/or verify game maybe?
maybe your addons are making it buggy … try to uninstall addon and see …
This is probably the same issue that makes items with wrong name appear in the fields after a maintenance: client has been updated and you need to relog if you’re still connected during maintenance.
I believe verifying file for integrity usually does fix this
