2018 and still the .pak error

As i already said in my tickets i unistal the game and make a clean instal (Instal the game after deleting every last file associated to the game) i already done this 7 times but, every ticket that i open i recive the same answer no matter how much i say this nor provide info, looks more like the staff thinks that you are someone that never had touched a pc, recieve this menssage one time it ok, but 4 times the same answer looks more like they are making a joke with your face, and doesn’t care about the inconvinience that you are passing throught nor fix this problem.

On top of that i already lose 4 days of token, CMs, Saalus and Event, and i’m sure they will not compensate me because this inconvenience.

1.right click tree of savior in steam and open properties
2.go to local files
3.click browse local files
4.find patch and enter folder
5.find the newest version (look at the date)
6.then copy the 6 numbers from the latest revision ( not the whole thing just the first 6 # )
7.then go back to browse local files
8.find release go into folder
9.then find release.revision.txt
10. then paste the 6 # that u just copied … then save it
