2015-08-18 Patch Notes (Edit. Yes, again)

Not that it’s something major tho

Patch Details:

-Boss monsters now appear at an unspecified time, before the notification message is displayed.
-Items dug using a shovel can no longer be used to strengthen gems.
-Armor and Weapon Maintenance values have been increased.
-An issue where certain monsters only drop 1 silver has been fixed.

Next important update patch will include the following:
-New instance dungeon area.
-Cooldown order correction.

More notes added from the maintenance done from 19:50 - 20:00 Korean Time.

1 Balancing issues were adjusted as follows:

Archer Classes:
A problem where having a Crossbow and a Dagger Sub-Weapon equipped would make Kneeling Shot unusuable has been fixed.
Quarrel Shooter: Rapid Fire cooldown has been reduced.
Quarrel Shooter: The number of Deploy Pavise that can be active at one time has increased to 2.
Rogue: Feint now applies visual effects to the target.
Falconer: Dummy Pheasant and Circling no longer work without a companion.

Warrior Classes:
Highlander: Moulinet now has an attack indicator and range has increased.
Corsair: An issue where using Keel Hauling would not drag the monster has been fixed.
Centurion: Players who have shops open will no longer be able to be moved around (TA note: trolling was fun while it lasted =[)
Corsair:The probability of Looting activating has been increased. Also, an issue where monsters would only drop 1 silver from Looting has been fixed.

Wizard Classes:
Specific NPC’s and monsters have been changed so they can no longer be modified.
Thaumaturge: Shrink and Swell Body can now have multiple targets.
Pyromancer: Fire Ball damage has been reduced.
Alchemist: Gem Roasting can now be used by multiple people at once rather than just one person at a time.

Cleric Classes:
Bokor: An issue where Samdiveve and Ogouveve would be removed has been fixed.
Sadhu: An issue where mobs would not drop items/silver while using Out of Body has been fixed.

2 Tenet Underground Chapel instance dungeon has been added. You can
access this by talking to the Bulletin Board outside the entrance to
Underground Chapel/Tenet Chapel 1st Floor.
3 Concentrated Movement Speed Potion values have been changed.
4 Comma separators have been added to inventory count and transactions.
5 Fixed an issue where placing your mouse on the world map would sometimes cause the client to crash.
6 An issue where shops would sometimes display 0 silver as a selling price has been fixed.
7 Cooldown orders not applying have been fixed.
8 Boss monsters can no longer be knocked down (TA Note: Well, I guess launching them with Wagon Wheel isnt a thing anymore…)
9 An issue where using Warp Scrolls did not show the previous location where it was used upon the next teleport has been fixed.
10 Pet issues with pull trolleys and item drops from contribution have been fixed.
11 Sadhu: Out of Body Boss drops that were being included in rankings have been fixed.
12 Pardoner: Simony can now create purchase orders with the Cleric skill, Divine Might.
13 Sissel Bracelet (Level 170 Bracelet) now correctly applies effects.
14 Prices of arrows has now been changed to 1 silver.

EDIT2 some translation mistakes corrected

1 Fixed an issue where you could not enter the instance dungeon.
2 Pardoner: Call of the Deities and Divine Might can not be created via Simony anymore.
3 Rogue, Squire: Daggers can now be selected for Weapon Maintenance.
4 Quarrel Shooter: Deploy Pavise now does damage.
5 Quarrel Shooter: Scatter Caltrops damage has been increased.
6 Pardoner: An issue where the Blessing buff is removed after purchasing and then moving away from the shop has been fixed.
7 Monk: Double Punch consumes 2 Stamina per use and cannot regenerate Stamina during the skill’s usage. This means you will end up spending Stamina faster during the skill’s usage.

TA Notes:
2 Probably bugged out somewhere the previous maintenance. They were craftable before
4 Not sure how this works yet, might have to make a QS to find out
7 As if Monks needed more buffs…

Not entirely sure if you got the gist of that since I more than likely botched the English translation of it, but Weapon/Armor Maintenance is separate from Repair. What Weapon/Armor Maintenance actually does is enhance your weapon/armor for a set amount of time (1 hour). Having said that, I only have Weapon Maintenance at LV10, but it increases Maximum Damage by 50 for an hour, up to 450 strikes (at my current Attribute level, which is somewhere around Lv.45.)

ARROWS!?!? archers need arrows? In the beta i didn’t use arrows at all and i could still shoot.

Probably meant Fletcher Arrows.
Now have a standard worth of 1 silver.

Normal Atks dont use arrows.
But Fletcher needs “special” arrows for his skills.

QS Deploy Pavis does minimal damage and knock down enemies if you place the shield right on top of them. Maybe the damage it does is increased??

Sweet can’t wait for new updates. It seems like they are working hard.

Paladin gets nerfed previous patch, Monk gets buffed. All i can do is scratch my head.

Not gonan happen. That would make Archer unplayable.

They just allocated a “cost” to fletcher arrows. So that they’re sell able to NPC’s. … but who would do such a thing?

Imaging paying 1 silver per shot … haha … ha … that would be worse then RO.

Given that an Mob doesnt give so much, compared to RO. In terms of Silver usage on Arrows and Retaining Money from mobs.

Rank 5 Squire skills. I call it Maintenance instead of Repair Weapon/Armor.

Quick note, I’ve been told that my translation for #2 was indeed incorrect. Call of Deities and Divine Might can no longer be crafted via Simony.

I know right? i’m having a really hard time understanding where they are going whit this, many of the changes they made makes no sense and don’t fix any problems.
