Do you even get the point? If queue wasnt this broken then we could maximize our time. Good if 20 minutes will ASSURE you that you can go in the dungeon but no, sometimes in goes over to ALMOST AN HOUR. Why are you even talking about going to main quests when it isn’t the issue here
I know you’re incredibly entitled, but at least grow up a little bit. You’re just making an ass of yourself at this point. I’m finding it more and more difficult to believe you’re not a teenager. This stuff doesn’t get fixed instantly. It’s not magic. If you want it to get fixed faster, donate thousands of dollars to IMC so they can hire more staff.

I agree that it is an important and indefensible problem. But I don’t see how it is necessary to beat down other problems like trade restrictions and server transfers. Those are legitimate concerns, and you can put across your complaint without putting down others.
To add to that - You can communicate a meaningful point without ruining it with vitriol or a lack of civility. Most people here probably agree with your points, but the way you come across has been nothing but unhelpful. Picking fights won’t help nor convince people to take you seriously (though I also think @Vanic shouldn’t have downplayed this problem too in the process).
It would have sufficed to have stated the problems objectively, ask for a prompt solution and acknowledgement and be on your way instead of taking 40 posts of mudslinging to do so.

Any of the existing threads are more than enough. People yell at IMC for not reading their forum threads, when people clearly aren’t reading the forum threads themselves. There are several new threads created daily about this problem. It’s just stupid at this point.
They are legit concerns to a small minority of people. Anyone who wants to get the full 600% xp boost from dungeons has to deal with this queue, which has now been broken for at least 8 days. Also trade restrictions have been the same since December. Not my problem if these morons are too stupid to investigate how things work in the home country of the game.
Unlike server transfers and trade restrictions, the queue WAS working perfectly fine and NOW is broken and impacting 100% of the playerbase. This should make it #1 priority. Anyone with a background in IT or software engineering should be able to tell you that.
Downplayed? lol. Twice in this thread he has tried to claim THAT THE PROBLEM DOES NOT EXIST.
I don’t have time for that level of ignorance, especially not from people who throw personal insults at me in their 3rd post in my thread.
I’m not trying to be helpful. Nothing I can say will fix the problem. I’m trying to raise awareness - because morons like @Vanic are pretending the problem doesn’t exist - and get a response to at least let us know that SOMETHING is being done. Squeaky wheel gets the grease and all. I mean the trade whiners got a full on blog post yet nothing has changed since December’s release. Yet they break something in week 2 of release and have no response on the issue or acknowledgement of the problem after week 3’s maintenance.
It’s not on known issues. It’s not in the dungeon problem thread. It’s a bug introduced in week two of live deployment that ACTIVELY harms my experience of the game and devalues the +1 mission/dgn run that I and many others paid money for, and yet nothing is being done. It’s outrageous.
So no I will not be quiet. I will not be objective. I will not be helpful. I am going to keep this thread alive until it is locked or the problem is addressed. I’m not even hoping for fixed. Just a “yeah we’re working on it” would be great.
But it is precisely that being objective and helpful will better elicit a positive response and increase the visibility of your concern. It most certainly won’t hurt your prospects of getting it acknowledged. 
Will it? I’m certainly not the first person to post this problem as you and @vanic will not stop reminding me. Others have surely been objective and helpful. Where is the response?
Meanwhile trade whiners get a blog post, 3 month early access babies get a policy change. And their feedback has absolutely not been objective of helpful in the slightest.
What are you even here for ? trolling ? Those threads are legitimate as long as the problem is not solved.
Making another complaining thread about a major issue ( yeah when it makes you wait that long every day for 3x dungeons and 3x missions it’s a major issue ) is our only way to tell IMC what we think is a priority.

I would suggest one of the following vastly more intelligent approaches, in this order:
- Send in a support ticket.
- Reply to an existing thread so that the thread becomes big and very noticeable
- Actually tagging the staff so they have the slightest chance to know this thread exists
