20 minutes in queue

No mention anywhere of the problem being broken or whether or not they plan to fix it.

20 minutes in queue no end in sight, at least 3-4 restarts (oh look, a 7 minute search restarted again as I was writing this post. WHAT THE HELL).

Dungeon finder is COMPLETELY BROKEN and no one cares. Meanwhile everyone’s busy crying about trade restrictions, server transfers and that weird irrelevant TP exploit.

Seroiusly? Core functionality of the game is broken and you want them to work on something else? WHY IS A DUNGEON QUEUE FIX NOT INCLUDED IN THIS WEEK’S MAINTENANCE?

It is the only patch note that matters and it’s MIA. Instead we get small potions added to a few quests? Give me freaking break. Fix the CORE functionality of the game.

The priorities of IMC and this forum are unbelievably addled. I paid money for an extra dungeon run each day. I cannot get an extra run if your freaking queue is broken.

Yet another restart.

2:30 queue lost again to restart.

Yeah I don’t get what the timer reset thing is all about. 55 min for 217 dungeon a few days ago, God bless.

Yeah, but I’m a child. For being upset over functionality that was working just fine for the first 2 weeks for getting broken in week 3 has no response.

When people are threatening to charge back over a meaningless server transfer, or quit because of a few surmountable trade restrictions.

There is no way around this broken dungeon queue. It is absurd. The worst part is that it’s not a wait to find players. It’s a wait to find players AND get lucky and get in.

IMC basically shifted the commanderloaderror from premades to queues and didn’t tell anyone about it and have still not acknowledged that it’s a problem. And apparently it’s not getting fixed tomorrow. Absurd.

It’s more of a graphical bug than anything. I just do something else while I wait for the queue to actual load and not show a false entry. Sometimes it takes 2 minutes, sometimes it takes 30. Usually it takes around 10, which is just fine for me.

Can’t you just…make a party???

The thing is you CAN’T do anything else.

Unlike other games where the queue is just a small part of the UI which you can check on occasionally while you go about your business of farming/questing, in Tree of Savior you are locked in place. I didn’t have a problem with this when queue time was 1-2 minutes, but now that it’s 30+ minutes per queue it’s outrageous.

Also I do not know your source for the “graphical bug” claim, but I am almost positive that you’re wrong. The commanderloadfail issue didn’t just disappear. IMC just shifted the problem off of premade groups and onto queueing groups. Party fills, no open instances? Reset queue. It’s a truly asinine solution to the problem. Should just keep that party in the queue until next open instance. But nope, reset. Find members again and hope you get lucky!!!

It really screwed over anyone who is interested in using the search for party functionality.

I meant, you know, like …outside of the game.

Yeah so, when i have things to do outside of the game I do them.

I’m an adult with adult responsibilities. When I have time to play tree of savior, I want to play tree of savior, not go do other things.

Also by not being in front of the computer for queues that can vary in duration from 2 to apparently 55 minutes you can end up being afk for quite a long period of time depending on what it is you go to do.

Not an optimal solution at all.

I’m not 100% sure, but I think it is their fix of the CommandLoadFail error - if there is no “free” dungeon for group to enter, they just reset the queue for you. Once there is a “free” dungeon - you get in.

Before that you just get CommandLoadFail error, dropped from the game and have to enter and get in queue again manually.

Imo, now it is better than before, but still not great. But I’m pretty sure they are aware of the problem and will fix it eventually.

Yes that is my guess as well. But the result is, if you are unlucky you can be in queue for 55+ minutes. It’s a terrible solution. They should just implement, you know, an ACTUAL queue rather than resetting your party search every time there’s no instance space.

You’re an adult with responsibilities? You sure don’t act like one.

Oooh good one. Got nothing intelligent to say? Make an ad hominem argument!

GTFO unless you can come up with something on topic. An adult expecting a product he paid money for to get better and not worse with time is perfectly rational.

There is no excuse for IMC breaking queues and refusing to communicate the fact and their plan fix. They took the time to placate all those retards whining about trade with a blog post, they could at least throw up a line saying “oh yeah, that queue system that is totally defunct, we’re working on that”. That would be enough. But no, radio silence on the topic.

I’m REALLY glad you said that, as I figured you would, as you are the one who started with the ad hominem. Why is it the ones who cry ad hominem are always the ones to start it? It’s as hilarious as it is pathetic.

Nope. Go troll elsewhere, I’m done with you.

Of course. Go tend to those responsibilities of yours, which are apparently mostly just posting on these forums about your responsibilities.

Thanks for supporting my post with your bump.

Please continue to respond to increase visibility of this problem.

Everyone knows it’s a minor problem. Most people just don’t feel the need to make yet another topic crying about the issue that’s been clearly represented on here a lot already.
