2 Towns, 2 different main quests?

Hi.

When I started I didn’t know there were 2 choices of starting locations. Are there 2 different main quests lines depending on which city you started it? Or doesn it not matter which one you pick, and you can just go back and do the other questline later? Will I miss anything or do I have to make a new character starting in the other city?

Yes you can, just make sure you start the quest line on THE FIRST MAP, because some chain quests won’t work otherwise.
