2 support tickets not answered in 2 days and counting

Hi, can someone please answer my ticket? i’ve submitted them 2 days ago and still got no answer. It’s about a payment i made on beginners pack and did not get any items… can someone from the support please help me. thanks

well it’s the weekend.

learn patience.
filing multiple tickets isn’t going to help you.

if you bought a beginner’s pack, go to your lodge, and at the top you should see a button for messages (looks like an envelope).

click that and you should see your Beginner’s pack.
-select the item from the pack, then select the red “receive” button, and pick a character to receive the items.

ALL THE CONTENTS OF THE PACK WILL GO TO A SINGLE CHARACTER.
NONE OF THE ITEMS WILL BE TRADEABLE SO PICK CAREFULLY.

once you have selected a character and confirmed, log in to that character.

open inventory and scroll down to the “Premium” section at the bottom

right click on the chest to unpack it.
right click on the token to use it. (it’s not tradeable, so you might as well.)
right click on the TP pile to activate it.

the rest of the items can be used as normal when needed.

Thanks. But that didn’t help at all. And it’s monday in Australia don’t know what day is it on wherever their location… i know how to use and how obtain the pack but there’s a more technical issue here and i wouldn’t be so impatient if i didn’t lose any money and i wouldn’t be impatient if it wasn’t affecting my gameplay… Anyway i sent a ticket on a different matter on the weekend and it got a response on that day. Just can’t gelp but think that maybe its because a more technical issue is the reason why I’m not getting any response. Thanks anyway.
