2 questions for Double Pay Earn

I heard that DPE is patched something. Here is some questions.

  1. How many hit count do Seism has? And in “Wild”?
  2. Can my party members do the last hit still? (My situation is when I’m in 100 dungeon, I use DPE, I didn’t do anything, they’re attacking mobs/bosses, DPE didn’t go off.)

I know that this topic was talked many times but I guess these two questions are important for doppel users, as least for me.
