in this Video i was going to warp to another map called " Shelter Area" then when i warped, the map name called " Evacuation Residential District ". Why??
and another thing in this video before warp, I had my pet with me but after changing the map, my pet gone… Why??

That’s been going on for quite a while. If you keep walking and get off the stairs at the entrance, then change channel, your pet will be back.

That is indeed Evacuation Residential District (Evac for short) and if you noticed, it’s just not “named” to what you’re used to but the idea is the same.
People [evacuate] to shelters, hence Shelter Area.
