Is this normal? I’m currently at 13.
I queued yesterday too (started at like 100) but I didn’t had to wait this long.
I’ve been in queue since 11am PST and I’m only at 327 
server orsha is unplayable at the moment, they must be having some kind of instability issue

Try switching to a less crowded channel before u start your queue. Heard it helps.
When you get to the character selection screen choose a different channel than the preset channel you are given, should let you in right away. If you don’t, click log out and try again. Should take 3 tried at most if you’re unlucky.
For all you people that are queuing you don’t need to, simply logout and try another channel, keep doing this until it gets you in may take around 5-10 attempts but it’s much faster than sitting though the queue.
