Is 2:1/INT:CON good, or is it too much CON?
many people prefer 12-15k hp at 200-280 lvl range for a damage-based character not meant to being in the thick of damaging situations like melee range of a boss. figuring in for gear, often this requires somewhere between 30-70 con depending on how much you use plate and its mastery attribute if at all by my guess. my lvl 201 swordie has 31 con and 15 plate mastery and sits at 15k hp, but its different base hp i think for other classes.
